Legacy sick hours. It has been awhile since I have read any posts regarding this topic. I am assuming that there have been no issues using these hours and the managers know how to help out the associates.

Sick time has been revised you cant use it for vacations or a day off have to be sick or taking care of family but u still get points!!
You should be able to use it yourself without management. When you request time off you can select the legacy time option. They would still need to approve like any other time.
My opinion is that some of the managers lost that time when they became managers. They are now resentful to help.
they know how to use the sick/ personal time ! they just are resentful you get to use it so they pretend to not know how.....
None of our managers know how to use sick/personal time.
No one knows how use . It's dog and pony show lawsuits coming .
