Thread regarding L3Harris Technologies layoffs

Reduced criteria?

When I came to this company, it was not so easy to pass an interview and get a job. I know a lot of great people who failed to get a job here. What happened in the meantime, did the company really lower the criteria that much? Don't get me wrong, I’m glad for everyone who gets a job but I think new hires come here a lot easier now than was the case before.

Lets be clear. With the c––p Culture of L3H they would only want to hire low thinking pawns to do meaningless tasks they assign. if you interviewed and were asked any questions and had a good response, L3H would find offense to your obviously superior mindset and not want to hire you. Not getting the job at L3h is a blessing.

The new hires are coming from places like Walmart. Apparently, wearing a name tag and standing behind a cash register are so similar to the aviation field.
They are hiring based on a different set of criteria. Try and guess what those might be.
