Painting floors and moving things around used to be when a VP was coming to visit. They like the smell of paint and what appears to be progress

Now, it’s just keeping us busy.

Decent, DECENT??? They are just a couple of puppets for the middle management.

One used to do what ever Voldemort telt him to do and now he just appears to do what ever he wants. The other just paints the floor an moves machines where ever happy feet tells him to which is always wrong anyway.

Don’t think either of them will be a miss

We won't see any investment.
Because the only decent engineer we have have, will be made redundant. Hahaha.

The only 1 left is selling us out. Isn't that strange?

Can the paint shop change your filters more often.

You seem to be putting more paint on my car than product. I’m getting loads of small spots of paint on my car.

Certain things mentioned on here only certain individuals would know, constant digs at people who this person is jealous of.
Would be easier to just sign your name as it’s so obvious who you are and to think I spoke well of you when you needed me most. Never again

Gateshead in a nutshell. Some managers selling the shopfloor out, other mangers putting work out to contractors, other managers promoting pals to try and keep them safe. Be very clear this is shocking to the core but they are already looking for office space only, some mangers involved seem to have missed the point they will not be required. if zero manufacturing on site? QA, Product line manager (haha) project manager etc.... Bunch of dodas

Not sure that is how it will work, voldermort and his team who are basically in charge of the outsourcing will just have an office. Also along with engineering and the savour from Scotland who has yet again saved his buddies job and the new titled global project engineer and more amazingly the UK sales guy who did not know anything about oil and gas 2 years ago. Nice guy but total bullshi#ter. Just shows if you have self confidence without being called out you can progress, if you are prepared to sh-t on people. Plus side is lots of people remember how you did it and when your out and looking for a job you best start at Stanley argos.

Thing is. Once all these people have finished outsourcing. They are actually working to put themselves out of a job.

Think about it

Haha we already have people working at Gateshead putting orders out to every other company they can to reduce costs. That is there job, just look at the titles these clowns have been given, most have history with the company but now sending the factory down the river. Should be embarrassed but sh#t floaters for a while until they get turned out. Then let's see how they look in the mirror or to others they are selling out. Couple of apprentices from shop floor who made good now crapping on the machine lads they learned from, Now that's a poor show. Embarrassing.

The last post is on the money, zero Anson products will be used as we have all the valve orders for new rigs in the US. Plus manufacturers in middle east and India prices you guys out until we make your products here, rumours are that will be late 2021. Not good for anyone but we are a US company so hopefully keep America base. Good luck y'all.

Trevor is flooding the factory with orders.

How will we cope.

Meanwhile Saudi Aramco have awarded NOV 50 rigs. No doubt we have not been considered for the valves. Previous performance has made sure of that. Or maybe we’re not close enough to what is going on in our own company.

Onwards and downward we go.

Fracmaxx, now the supply chain is established and the build established. Should this not be passed onto production and purchasing to coordinate.

There is no No need to be project managed.

I’m gone this time, it’s impossible to miss the cut, the final curtain is certainly here for me. ( unless happy feet drops a clanger) .what sickens me is why individuals are working overtime whilst all this is goin on, have they no morals?
Stand there arms folded whenever I pass but always find work when its time and half.
So so wrong, but that’s corruption for you.

Thanks for the memories guys

Can i ask why the 3 shift system would bother you?
You no longer work there or is it still just a bitter pill to swallow?

Three shift system is unsustainable. Single shift all the way.

If anyone says different they should move be on.

Yes you have a point. But it’s up to the sales force to get the work in. Without the factory being being fed work jobs will be at risk

So, the question should be. Where are the orders and what is the plan, are we looking at other revenue streams. Etc etc. These are real let’s keep our job questions.
