The only costs they are cutting is RIFing hard working employees and taking away benefits little by little. BD and PZ are crooks
if AIG is buying it is somehow connected with a friend of BD, a company that BD used to own or associated with a kick back for upper management. I would guess the details will show a connection once they come out. It's the AIG way for at least the last several years.
