Not sure how everyone else is doing, but my workload has dropped off a cliff in the past few months. I think overall, everyone feels like they are checking out. I'm sure if I continue, at some point, I'll be RIFed but that isn't bad. Looking internally...man is HR slow and disorganized. Is everyone else just watching TV and refreshing communicator once in a while?

They raised our quota of required work to something that is impossible. My guess is to make WFH look bad. Anyway, it's difficult to strive for something that is impossible

Your RIF comes from the internal rank/stacking and position eliminations, not through HR. In this job market do you really want to be looking and dealing with endless interviews with no callback? Find something else in the bank more engaging.
I guess you don't work in fraud.
