This is what happens when half your work force is from Pittsburgh and a quarter are from utility companies lol. No union please.

Stand on your own you say? Obviously you don't work at Crown Castle or you are in a Mgt capacity here. I've seen many good employees here stand up to Mgt and their cubes were cleaned out quickly.
Dozens of employees at CC have "vanished" because they said something that Mgt didn't like. Your hired to be fired here. The "3 BS" are nothing but a form of Corporate Brainwashing.
Grow some guts and stand up for yourself if you need something. Be an adult and handle your business rather than having your friends team up and do it for you. Stand in your own.
if there was a crown castle union, and there ever was a situation where a strike or walk out was to occur... how would that pan out? would the union employees strike out front of empty offices?
