When did this company stop having a dress code? We have female team leads in our club wearing leggings every day managers wearing shirts that you can see their mid drift. Managers with jeans with holes in them and T-shirts on. The list goes on and on and on.

we have COS and cashiers wearing low cut tops and showing off their stuff and no one does nothing about it and going on break to smoke p-t in their cars its just getting out of hand
We have a membership representative or salary associate, or Membership manager wherever position is called showing her a–s and her thong every day!!
So we all know her thong color every day!
I mean really! And the she’s pointing other girls wearing leggings I mean 🤔🤔 that the heck!!!
The way they treat us, they're lucky we don't come to work in our jammies. The members do.
That is partially why Costco is thought of as being so much more superior to Sam's and Target superior to Walmart!
I have seen women working in our club wearing open back shoes, which may create a safety hazard. Management does not care unless we have a walk and get call out on deficiencies.
The tattoos all up and down there arms, on the neck, the legs ,sorry that's worst because some of the ones I have seen are offensive .Or how about add the nose rings, that's plain dirty looking & gross. One or two tattoos are fine but not every inch on your body please. Yeah the dress code is pretty much a joke , don't even try to enforce that one can't send them home to change because most of won't come back !!!
Dress Code? What a joke. We have people wearing jeans with holes in them and some even wear dirty stained clothing. Some look like they just rolled out of bed, dirty hair and all.
