APASM and ACCM elimination coming soon
I already left... heading on to 25 years. The company is unrecognizable as it was as are the conditions at store level. Great for a younger person as a bridge but in no way a career anymore.
What are the duties?
Did you guys see the new 1st 2nd and 3rd shift duties?
We all know how much of a revolving door retail is. Every idea Walmart implements makes the revolving door even worse.
Cap is changing at our store- back to the old way..
hiring more full time than part time. working the teaming schedules 39 to 40 hours
What more could there be? Already slashing full time hours already no staff running the stores and upset customers? But there’s more? I hate Walmart can’t can’t wait to leave.
