Most of the folks in the US Customer support HUB were let go on Thursday including myself

Yeah, the Hub group took a big hit, several layoffs, even including some managers. These jobs went to Oracle in Mexico because, of course, it is cheaper labor there. But Oracle doesn't care about its employees, they just want to give you more work and go years without a raise. You may get an email saying ''great job'' but not even a $5 gift card lol. Meanwhile Larry Ellison is enjoying his Hawaiian Island, just taking the money... :)
