I don’t believe a word of this, for any of the supposed “job postings”

@1fgi+1apEZhBu did you really post a job opening at XOM on a LAYOFF board at XOM? Not sure if this is the greatest troll or if you are absolutely clueless.

Post ID: @2bay+1apEZhBu

i find that a very generic message on linkedin about how unfortunate it is to those that got laid off and that you're "here to help" (but not really, the post is really highlighting how you werent let go) is the most useful thing you can do.

If you really want to help people ...
Volunteer your time
Donate your money
Listen to others troubles
Waste time on a $tupid message board for self gratification

The choice is yours...

@1rgn+1apEZhBu think about how this thread would help someone. Just like people at EM who think “contributing” always = “contribution”. It’s yet another symptom of the culture problems at this company.

Post ID: @1qpz+1apEZhBu

Typical EM employee behavior... lazily regurgitating otherwise commonly available information in order to show they’re “contributing”.

Post ID: @1emr+1apEZhBu

Not really helpful to post jobs that anyone with basic searching skills can find on job boards. If there are jibs thatbarent obvious say in a different industry or not posted yet because you have inside information post. Copy past obvious openings isn’t really helpful.
