Thread regarding Accenture layoffs

Is it a good stepping stone?

This is my 2nd year with Accenture and I’ve been offered a position with another company. Everything from benefits to pay is slightly less and I’m not sure if I want to take the leap. I’m not even sure how long I should stay here before moving on (I want to grow my career). Is 2 years long enough or would it look bad on my resume in the future? Should I move on? Or should I give it another year or two before trying again? What would you do in my situation?

Accenture sucks. But, this being said, it would probably look better if you put in 1 more year before moving on. 3 years of experience looks a lot better and you won't look like such a job hopper.

The pay and benefits are less. Why would you take the job?
