https://www.marketwatch.com/story/oracle-plans-1-2-billion-campus-in-nashville-creating-8-500-jobs-01618437488

Are we creating new jobs? In Nashville?

Or are we transferring your job?
Ready to move?

Let's all be honest here. Tennessee sux. Big time. Loser state, loser part of the US, loser population, and the only reason anybody lives there is that they are trapped and have no other alternative.

The layoff is a place for people to whine and complain. Oracle does not force you to work there. Find a different company if you don't like Oracle. It's as simple as that.

Leave oracle if you don’t like. It’s a two way street. Oracle can fire you and you can quit. It’s that simple. Stop bi–––––g and get back to work

Very smart move. No wonder why its stock has been going up after all these relocation announcements.

Why would Oracle pay upwards of $60k/yr for an operations analyst or supply chain analyst when it can pay half that salary in red states

Look at TN ave per–capita income. Gonna be WAYyyyyyyyyy lower than that.

Great for shareholder value.

It’s like a nightmare, it just keeps getting worse and worse!
So it's all good, right?! You're gonna LOVE Tennessee!!! 💩💩💩

LOL sums up the situation at Oracle beautifully, though any loser who is still at this company after all this time, especially given all the knowledge of just how bad it is, pretty much deserves any new BOHICA headed their way.

Oracle employees should not have to worry about being relocated to Tennessee, since it is a state that has so much going for it. E.g.,

  • Ranked 41st in lowest per–capita income (a few other states are even worse)
  • NASCAR
  • C&W music everywhere where some loser is crying about how his sheep left him for another man
  • If you get bored in Nashville there are some amazing neighboring states to visit, like Arkansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia
  • one of the highest per–capita number of churches
  • Dolly Parton Theme Park – WAHOOO!!!
  • Ranked as the 3rd worst state in the US to live in by CNBC (Hey, 2 other states are worse!)
  • And that's just for starters! God help you if you skin isn't lily white!

So it's all good, right?! You're gonna LOVE Tennessee!!! 💩💩💩

Predicting they’ll create the new jobs then slowly move “higher priced” jobs from CA to TN and TX...warehouse and hardware jobs are in danger in CA in the long-term..E.G.: Why would Oracle pay upwards of $60k/yr for an operations analyst or supply chain analyst when it can pay half that salary in red states
