I know two people who came back to Allstate after they got laid off and after that talked all the worst about this company. Is the job market so bad that people agree to come back here or does Allstate give some much better terms than they had before? I don't understand the people who would come back here after all. I wouldn't do it under any circumstances.

I found a job in 3 months and all the roles I was interviewing for I would be making 25% more with a bonus. I was a Band D when I was riffed. Not only did I find a better job, but I’m making a lot more. It was blessing.

The job market is bad, unless you want to work in fast food.
