I’m getting desperate because I thought I would be able to find a new job much faster, but so far I haven't been successful. I've been sending applications for more than two months, with no results. Dunkin doesn’t care about their employees at all, and the company is sinking very fast. I hope to find some alternative soon, because I would not like to end up on unemployment.

I believe they said on a call recently that the the severance is 2 weeks pay for each year you worked for Dunkin with 1 months pay being the minimum given and 1 year being the maximum.
What is the severance like?
Why do you think you'll be laid off?
Depending on how long you've been with Dunkin', the severance is decent IMO to at least help with unemployment. Sorry you're feeling this way. Keep your head up and you'll find something!
