I got a job here seven years ago with very little previous experience. My friend’s daughter has a much better resume than I had when I came here and failed to get a job for the same position.
Is it that there are many more candidates applying now, or did Humana become much stricter and more selective at the same time?

They are only hiring incredible leaders - that’s what micro managers think themselves. Lol
Reality is they want micro managers who are good at maintaining spreadsheets.. Most of these incredible micro managers are having years and years of micro management experience without real world knowledge.
Are you kidding me????? Yes HAH is hiring, just not your program it sounds like.
Humana has specific roles that they are hiring for. No hiring for HAH right now. Humana is the most awesome inclusive company I have ever worked at and I'm in my 60s. They also treat their nurses with respect and total appreciation. I have been there almost a decade.
I think it’s harder to get a job now, based in what the poster said about CMS requirements....and someone may look good on paper, but that doesn’t mean they have the expor ability
What position??
Humana has specific needs for specific roles right now. If you are a part of the Humana at Home program seven years ago they were growing like crazy and needed to fill as many positions as possible because of the number of members we had in the HAH program. CMS has changed their guidelines and therefore qualifications have changed for the positions needed. I don’t think there’s any discrimination going on
Infact it’s much easier, but I too have experience hiring discrimination.
