Make them pay us all severance.... they are likely trying to make us all quit, so they don’t have to pay severance...the only way to get some justice is to try and hang in long enough to see them end DSD and pay us all severance....

Mondelez International is a great company to work for. Their are plenty of opportunities for growth and learning & development.
Your time line makes sense. If you say this rolls out in July, this would be the begining of 3rd quarter.

Serv-u success told me that they're hiring 1 extra person to do Nabisco at Meijer.
Supposed to roll out in July.
DSD is not going anywhere. The model may change a bit, but Mondelez is not leaving DSD. Sales reps are going to lose their jobs eventually. It's so obvious what they are doing, they are fazing out sales reps, and they'll just have low paid merchandisers writing orders, throwing freight, and building displays. Jive is doing our stores here too. Sales reps days are numbered.
DSD absolutely is dying. Mondelez took Sales Reps out of thousands of stores and replaced them with merchandisers because it was more cost efficient. A few years ago nearly every retailer began computer assisted ordering because it is more cost efficient. Mondelez is looking to take away Sales Reps because it is more cost efficient. People saying DSD is dead 5 years ago were absolutely correct. It is dead and Mondelez is phasing it out.
and so as they say on this forum, DSD was done 4–5 years ago and it's still here? self check yourselves it is 2021 and DSD is still here..
It's obviously coming. There is a reason no other cookie/cracker company has the same DSD model as Mondelez. It's been coming and will continue coming in phases.
