I have noticed that people here take everything very personally and that despite having years of experience they have not overcome it. Difficult conversations, conflict, layoffs, career ups and downs etc. – people experience all this very personally. I feel relieved since I stopped thinking like that. This is just a job, I work to pay bills and that’s it.

Na, I think people like to come here to talk sh1t for fun or to see reactions and some act like it bothers them to get reactions. These are all words and we don’t really know someone’s true meaning but I wouldn’t say half the stuff to a coworker, that’s for sure.
Union associates are especially fragile. Almost like they are always on the rag or something. 😅
This site has become useless for the most part....Once i a while there's a real / informative post, but for the most part there's just a bunch of sh–t stirrers.
