Its shocking how managers at Sam's club show so much favoritism meat team lead has 5 points and fresh manager went in and taken them all off but when cafe team lead have a family emergency same fresh manager says she can't do anything about her points and she used up all her ppto.

I didn't start this post but I can say without hesitation that managers clear points for their favorites in our club.
Notice, the person who started this hasn't come back to explain themselves.
It's so easy to gossip and spread rumors, isn't it? But as soon as someone asks you to prove it, you're speechless.
But people get mad when I tell them to MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS.
The management at many Sam's is partial to many associates. They do indeed "allow" some to take off with no issues and others not. Don't know about your case, but they are NOT fair across the board. Plain and simple! Haven't been for 12 to 15 years...and especially now without a PTC ...who in many cases was also different with their buddies or they did what their buddy team leads told them. It's a very sad place now.
How do you know the points for meat shouldn't have come off?? Were you there for the convo? Also.. the cafe lead has the option to take LOA instead of using PPTO. Plus, unless the lead is new, how are you out of ppto. That tells me you are late or call out a lot unless you are too new to have acquired any. Anytime you will be out more than 3 days, do an LOA, save your ppto. No one wants to listen to that cause I have has a bunch of associates have that issue. You have 20 days to file for it. And they still don't. So now you are stuck with the points. 🤷🏼♀️
But unless you were there for BOTH convos.. don't go off heresay.
