Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Manager 40hr week

So now management works 4 10hr days and get 3 days off. 2 days off in a row and some all 3 in a row yet we have long term associates that can’t even get 2 days off in a row. That’s c**p!

Every single person that works for this company needs 3 days off to recover from the daily bs. The managers do nothing compared to others.

Our management team is 4 10hr days too! Our leads do more, know more, do orientation, audits, opens the club etc but don’t get paid squat and get more work put on them! What do the managers do?????

The backstabber crack me up. Where they think their going? Only so many managers and you have to move to another store, so backstabbing won't get you to the top.

So I learned today that the leads do the coaching, post the jobs, hire the people. This is absolutely crazy. Our front end leads are a bunch of back stabbing women who think by stabbing each other in the back that t hey will get to the top quicker. None of them are leadership material. None o f them.

Since the motto of this company is big money means you do more.

There is no way Walmart Inc is going to let anyone especially management and full timers have or get away with a 4 day work week.

Maybe it depends on the club? Ours aren't doing that. At least not yet... I would love 4 10s. I miss those shifts. More balance and time to recover.

Coaches or team leads? Confused because team leads actually manage if I had to pick between the two the coach just avoids work and confrontation but don’t tell them that lol

Walmart and Sam's are a train wreck. The Home Office makes decisions as if they never stepped into a store or club in their lives. No longer respect for the individual. In fact, they try to sc––w us over as much as possible.
