It really shouldn't be allowed to yell at and berate employees all day every day with members around. It's demeaning, it's disrespectful, and it's abusive. I feel like some people work their way to a position of a manager just so they could vent their frustrations from their private lives on people who can't talk back for fear of losing our jobs.

it isn't tolerated. I've been with Sam's for 13 years. In that time, I've never seen any manager or lead yell or berate an associate in front of a member. Never.
this leads me to believe you're exaggerating. These managers today are so afraid of home office, they aren't about to make a mistake like that. With everyone having a phone glued to their hand now, if someone sees a manager doing this, they are bound to video it.
Ask the person who is talking down to you why they are talking to you like that.
@1vie+1ay6vvI4,"Group together and lie and say the manager said a racial slur."
The new American way.
Group together and lie and say the manager said a racial slur. Managers lie about you guys let them see how it feels.
Bow up & let this person know you will not tolerate being talked to like that. If they have a problem tell them to meet you at the Sonic parking lot & address you in the same manner.
Yell back. This is only a job, not a career.
You must be from my club. Because that is spot on for one of our AMs. And of course, it just keeps happening. No one does anything. Free reign.
