That’s good people right there. Thanks again. I’ve called Triadelphia home for my whole life. My Mom and Dad grew up there too. My kid is getting this first class West Virginia public education and we don’t want to leave. Opportunities are endless. Could be a manager at cabelas if things work out right, but for now I’ll remain a roustabout at Southwest. I ain’t leaving this area if I get layed off.

I showed up to Sheetz, got a large coffee, but everyone else no showed. What’s up with that? The one near the cabelas right?
Who is getting laid off in the northeast? Does this affect us in corporate? I hope not. Just bought a new corvette that you’ve probably been hearing me rev up in the garage. Yep that’s me. A bright yellow one. Some a$$ho-e already gave me a door ding too. Going to put that on my expense report.

The Way gave me two pink slips to hand out this week, out of three employees under me. As he strutted off, he smiled with that toothy grin and said "two in the pink, one in the stink".

Hey y’all. Interested in making a poll here. If you’re a millennial and you worked at SWN, we’re forming a virtual club for millennials only. This is separate from the PA only “best of the best” club. This is for millennials only who recognize you bring a unique skill set to the table that baby boomers or gen x’ers aren’t able to bring. Maybe I got that wrong. There are things we don’t bring to the table that we’d rather have brought to us. This club will explore the possibility that too many millennials were laid off in the last round. More to follow. Thanks!
For those laid off this week we will be meeting at Sheetz at corner of Parkwood Ave and Highway 11 each afternoon at 3:30 to network. We are the best of the best up here in NE PA. We know it and sadly our management does not know or care.
