I was pretty relaxed and didn’t think about the layoffs for a while. It was short–lived because I’m really worried about the Target merger now. I know, we should always be prepared, but I am by no means prepared for the situation if they tell me that I am no longer needed here. On the other hand, whenever I ask someone if they have an exit plan, everyone seems to be much more prepared than I am. If I was prepared, I wouldn't even wait for the layoff, I would have already left this company, which is getting more ridiculous every day.

Omg yes it is terrible to work for cvs now. They put the wrong people in management positions. There a very good managers but there are alot of bad ones here. Working with a skeleton crew of 2 to 3 people a shift is krazy. Its time to make exit plans.
You people are crazy. There is no Target merger. What they are talking about us that the separation of DLs running Target CVS are going away and corporating into CVS Districts DLs.
