Or the limited bonus payout that only OFD employees had in place.

I wonder how employees will react if the company announces stellar first quarter earnings. Will they cheer and thank FB for not giving them standard pay increases? Will they be thankful they lost their 401K match to create shareholder value? I am finding it difficult to believe the OFD cheerleaders on this board will continue to swallow their dignity in support of FB.

@obv+1ayenoBT according to several news articles he was let go for being a corrupt individual. He is the CTO because of who he knows. Not for a stellar track record at JPM.

There is a very good reason why PC got fired from JPM; you don't violate basic privacy laws and get away with it, no matter who you are. I've heard multiple clowns at Fiserv say "Sapience is not spyware" and then try to justify it as a way to "identify areas of productivity opportunities" – spoken like true mindless robots with any morals. Leadership at Fiserv is approaching new levels of clownery every day.

And don't give me that "well all the other S&P 500 companies do it too" nonsense, because it isn't true. Stay FAR AWAY from Fiserv – there are plenty of other places to work at that actually have morals.

One of the most talented executives at the company. Seen universally as in the top 5 for cyber globally. Served our country with distinction, think again when criticizing our heroes.

By the way using sapience is not spying, you’d have to be incredibly naive to think that every software program doesn’t have some productivity tools built–in.

Yeah he was fired from JP Morgan because he spied on top executives for Frank.

Looks like they did it to themselves. Pete Cavicchia is now CTO. If you value your privacy at all, then do NOT work at Fiserv.
