Despite everything, I loved working here, but lo and behold, they said they didn’t need me anymore. I wonder how many laid off people will be rehired. Any thoughts?

I know only one person who was able to pull that off, but he was well connected and after a short stint contracting on the outside, they got him back in. Again, he was well connected and an SVP made it happen. Legacy, CW sc–m both of them.
Make sure you network and keep in touch with the right people. Miracles do happen.
