Common employees are the only thing that justifies a supervisors job. All levels of management have been terrified since March 2020 that the board and stockholders would ask "if the company can run effectively while being remote, why do we need so many managers and executives?"
If you look at the true ratio of employees to higher ups for LCO, it is roughly 1:4. This is based on a manager-only meeting from just over a year ago. A 1:4 ratio would be shocking to most companies, but for some reason pioneer is fine with it?
The only way to have a safe office re-entry is to mandate vaccinations. Fire those that choose not to. Is this not Texas? Employers don’t owe employees anything.

Try being one of the individuals forced back into a room with multiple people during a pandemic a year ago to do a job that can and is being done remote. The reason you have to be at the office is, leadership does not understand your job. Thats why now and historically employees don't get to review management.
