Cannot and do not want to take this nonsense any longer. They have no plan. They are figuring things out as they go and it is all reactive, opinion – based, directionless, and irrational. Global tech is the most mismanaged function of all and it will only get worse under this fraud of a CDIO. Multiple people doing the same role and lack of accountability is the only thing that is consistent. Too many clueless SrDrs and several Drs reporting to other Drs. Get rid of the "bosses" and leave the people doing the real work to get things done.

I couldn't have said it better, @try+1aw7nBfR. I think the situation is pretty much irreparable, at least in the near future, and I’m leaving Tech as soon as possible.

I have been saying this all along. There is ZERO, NEGATIVE, NADA DIRECTION. You know how I know this? By sitting in on JDs d-mb a-s mind numbing all hands meetings. That D-bag is sitting there collecting a check and telling us all “as promised we are having our all hands meeting” and he doesn’t say SH**!!!! Then here goes 55 minutes of guest speakers - blah blah no one cares. Please BOD put us out of our misery and out someone that isn’t the scarecrow from wizard of oz into this CEO role. Employees are TIRED!!!!!
