High unnecessary stress in Comptroller's department caused by incompetent, bullying leadership. Not a good place to work.
Run from Finance as fast as you can. Led by Husky people whose budgeting, planning and forecasting has missed the equivalent of a very large barn at a very close range for years.
Being consistently wrong and incompetent at basic accounting and financial systems is quite a feat. Morale sucks too. Despite that all the leaders got promoted. Amazing. Clearly they know how to manage up and bully down so either run or go in with your eyes open.
If you are not a Husky legacy employee then get out of there. No future for you in Finance.
