I’ve had a love/hate relationship with this place. In the beginning, Pembina cared for its employees. But now that’s no longer the case. The benefits are what drew me here, it was an incentive to give my 110% but after gutting so much of it I question what other motives are there for me to remain. I’ve seen many of my coworkers stressing or downright scared that they will no longer have a job. It leaves me sad that what I once thought to be a great company has fallen along the wayside.

The bureaucracy is what runs the place and it’s getting worse, not better. Unfortunately none of those “special” individuals will be terminated. They get promoted instead.
The company loves that employees are living in fear and living under their thumbs. Fear is part of the culture and how they quitely control staff. Surprised it's gone on for so long.
We have to wait, reorganization is underway and more lay offs coming. Hopefully, bureaucracy will be laid off this time.
