WFH has been an eye opener for me. I discovered that I do my best work and honestly I can’t imagine ever returning. I can understand why HON wants employees to return back to the office but for me I just don’t believe it’s possible. I’ve been searching for remote jobs of all types and surprisingly I’ve had recruiters from major companies contact me. There are a lot of people landing good jobs and I’m hoping to be one of them soon. Good luck to those looking to remain WFH.

I got a great role last year and left. My company’s culture and environment is completely opposite to Honeywell. For the first time I felt respected due to my technical expertise (as in HON, everyone is expert in everything, specially the useless managers). Keep trying and you will get one soon my friend. This is a great time to look outside for jobs. All the best!
