There is no ideal company and all those at the top did not get there to make the world a better place to live, but to get the most out for themselves.
I got an offer from a company that offers better benefits. Apparently the atmosphere in the company is much better too, but you can never know that until you start working there.
I just know that I would not like to again get into a situation where hard work is not valued at all.

I agree as there is no benefit in staying here anymore if you find something.
