It means nothing to me anymore even if I survive another round of layoffs. I will survive and then I will be anxious again in a few months. I know it's not much better in other companies in the industry, but this is too much.... I used to be happy when I survived a round, but now I can’t wait to end this agony, take severance and finally get some relief.

It would be an easier pill to swallow if there was some logic... The old boys KMA club remains the structure of the company.
