Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Marketable skills

How many of us who work here can actually say they have skills that are still relevant and marketable? I was brushing up on my resume this weekend and I wondered if recruiters would find interest in it. Once I was certain but now I’m not so sure. Does anyone think they are able to compete in today’s job market?

You obviously don’t work in CIB at SunTruist. If you did you would believe no one is smarter, more prepared or skilled than you. You believe you should be head of a business group if not the entire line of business. You’d speak with astounding confidence about everything. If you know nothing about the subject matter you just lie. Nobody will fact check you because you are CIB. You walk on water. Now get outta here, go back to small bank USA and get that thankless, meaningless job you deserve.

Interview tip:
Tell your prospective employer about EPA squared. If they don’t get it... explain how a guy jumped from a bridge because nobody smiled at him.
Then tell them how you plan to sow seeds of hope wherever you go.
The job, whatever it may be, is sure to be yours!
