And Now a Data Breach

Every day we hear "Become customer OBSESSED" "Go above and beyond" "What MORE can we be doing??" and then are told "You get 12 mos. of credit monitoring for yourself and not your dependents. Industry standard. Nothing more." Insult to injury. Insult to injury. Just sell the company for parts and give me my severance. I promise I won't get another job until I collect every penny of it.

What data breach? I retired 15 months ago. Was it another one like Anthem getting employee information or TR Cloud services. I wouldn't be notified of a cloud breach, but not getting a notification of an employee info breach would really frost my britches.,

What leadership? Too many managers, many lacking the appropriate business qualifications/skills, as well as basic social skills. "Mood elevator" workshops is about as good as it gets with this lot. And as for the many comments on this website regarding how they RIF'd hard working employees over the years - an absolute disgrace.

Leadership is an absolute disaster at TR. Steve Hasker is an embarrassment, he should be ashamed.
