Where is everyone hearing these additional cuts are coming?
From my understanding director's confirmed people beginning of this month and those who where not confirmed where given notice... are those the cuts that we are referring to?
It does look like the company moved and retained many people into SMRA. Albeit your opinion why confirm someone then unconfirmed 2 months later makes no sense... unless we aren't talking about field sales roles DDM, TM, ZM, DM ...

I recall the ladles of merger propaganda that many here at T-Mo eagerly swallowed before merger approval. Now, those same people are crying about possibly losing their jobs.

JohnL is still flying high from his 100 PLUS million dollar golden parachute package. The same goes for the other Sprint/T-Mo execs who ruined the company.

Meanwhile, it is àšs-up, face-døwn for the workers and non-executive management. The owners want you all to bįte the pillow and take it. Enjoy.

Are These 8/1 cuts coming before or after the 2Q earnings announcements?

Wow, a few big names fell today. Gone. They haven't even hit the positions below market director yet....
My position I'm pretty sure will be eliminated if I had to guess

How many people have got meeting makers so far? And what positions?

I'd be worried if you have a meeting maker this week with a Director. Only a few people are reporting these WebEx's and it's eerily similar to how they laid off all those people last year.

Some stores both TPR and COR will be closing as leases come up for renewal and will not be renewed in late 2021 and beyond

Don't think your safe by any means :( #sukks

This company is a joke. If you don’t get cut this week, be prepared to be cut soon. There is no growth. Small town corn swaggle won’t require a lot of staff.

Directors and DM's are worthless and should have been cut long ago. I hope that RSM's and RAM's are impacted as well. The management has always been garbage and are a big part of what's wrong with the company. They're lazy and incompetent.

Anyone have any details on the DDM role? At one point they stated we would mapped into territory either SMRA or top 100 has that changed?

“Cuts are coming”. I dislike people who speak yet do not say anything.

Some fact(s), factor(s), or event(s) prompted this utterance, “cuts are coming”, from you. Instead of sharing the details of your utterance and enlighten the readers of this post, you communicate like a true workplace gossip and $h!t stirrer.

If cuts are coming, sir/madame, I reckon you would be among the first cüntš to be cut.

Good thought - and true - but the fact is whether you want to work in another dept. or learn a new skill just won't matter for many.
There won't be spots to go to, only for a very select few. Unless you want to work as a store retail sales rep.
Many are going to be cut.....

Whatever sales structure and strategy that existed before merger has changed. May the odds be ever in your favor. Be flexible, willing to do something else, and learn. It might be a different office or a different depart.

Part of the new rural/urban restructure. Way too many chiefs for TMO's liking, so they're having market directors and district managers interviewing for these new realigned districts.

Like musical chairs though, there are only so many seats that are gonna be left with the music stops. There are gonna be people who have been with the company 20 years without jobs. Welcome to the great T-Mobile/Sprint merger.
