Thread regarding ADP layoffs

ADP is now offering $4K sign on bonuses

Not sure if it’s offered in other roles but it is now being offered in the call center positions. Probably to make sure the new people don’t quit right away or they’ll have to pay it back! The new hires don’t seem to stay longer than a few months :/

What do they train you in sales class, how to lie about our products?

Sales Is turning over on insane amounts. In my training class alone over 75% of the people are gone

Short term thinking on ADPs part. And they underestimate the Web. Candidates are smart and do their research and....there are many many sites to assist with this. Does ADP really not expect them to learn about the reasons behind the higher incentive? Do they really not expect them to learn about poor training and work overload?

These bonuses are not going to solve ADP's hiring and retention problems. Bandaids like this one won't work in the long run.

I have seen this too and the bonus looks to vary depending on the role. Some say 4K, some say 5k.

It is actually 5k sign on bonus for new hires. I figure they are losing so many of the new hire talent to other jobs in other companies cause they actually pay more. The issue with the bonus is after 9 mo this when they get their bonus...what keeps them around? It would be better to offer higher base to attract and retain talent
