I can not believe it. Just when I thought I could finally relax a bit, rumors of layoffs started coming again. Working in this company means forgetting all your plans or better yet - not making them. Are there any details on how many people could be cut and who will be the target group? I expect the best, I prepare for the worst.

There are still too many managers and supervisors managing nobody or very few people. They should be laid off first.
If this is your first rodeo, you have fallen into the Pembina trap like a lot of us have. Dedicating yourself to a soulless corporation and putting certain life and career plans on hold buying into a lie. Plot your next course now to stay ahead of the game. You don't owe Pembina anything and if you are laid off, know that Pembina isn't life and a better and stable life can exist after exiting the cult. If anyone disagrees with that, talk to people who were laid off last year. Pembina gleefully lowballed and then played hardball with severance. You mean nothing to them.
Projects aren’t getting bigger or growing, staff was built to support more capital projects. Why would these stewards of capital spend it on yokels like us?
We need less than 8 BD reps, but it’s ok, because someone has to recycle the PPTs from last year.
