Does anyone else get bullied for not turning on the camera or having the fake background on. Not everyone lives in a nice place.

How do you people make it through the day if something this insignificant sets you off?
My former Director told me to turn on my camera. He then proceeded to thank me for my contribution before passing me off to HR back on January 26th. That camera made me feel "special".
Some will never understand what it is like to live on a mere $200,000 among four or six people and to only have one home with four bedrooms and shared wifi.
And they are called Cenovus leadership.
Just talk to hr mention what the other people are saying and say exactly what you said , they sh-t in there own nest let them wallow in it , what these layoffs have showed me it's everyone for themselves
Just have the teams meeting on the cr----r once then they'll never ask why there's a fake background again nosy fu--s
