our club manager hasn't laid anyone off. sales are through the roof. he did terminate several due to attendance. he quickly hired replacements in order to keep sales from suffering & other associates from being overworked.
They are targeting managers and all older partners in the Northern region also. It seems the new company direction..
Not Company wide but they've been cleaning house with Managers who have multiple coaching. Overheard someone talking about the Central Region VP and how's she's been targeting all her "bad" clubs and terminating the Club Managers. Heard she sucks to work for too.
