Total lack of leadership or just plain authoritarianism? Sure we receive a paycheck and they do not need permission from employees to plan and execute those plans but WTH are they thinking?
You have everyone located in a LOC stressed out worrying about the future of their position and you just drop an email about changes to the severance plan without any notice to first line leaders. Everyone is wondering if some big announcement is coming soon about transition plans. What else could come next?

SF TITANIC.. its a sinking ship
The best measure to evaluate any business is how it treats its internal and external employees as well as how it is known in the community it serves. Be assured there are a phenomenal amount of communities, internal customers and external customers who are unhappy with SF business practices. People are afraid to speak out.
AF is the leader in legacy policies, not in how insurance is done, nor with how it treats employees. In that aspect it follows others.
Yeah, right.
Umm, SF is the leader.
SF wont be a leader in anything so long as it pursues a dated manufacturing based process plan, for a customer based service industry.
SF wont be a leader so long as it trys to keep its employees down, and seems to be in action at war with employees, though very kind through words.
SF wont be a leader if we keep following what other companies do, which is what got us here in the first place.
I think it is great getting rid of people whose mommy and daddy got them on, went on lavish vacations, married and divorced multiple times, have hurt others, live a life of self medicating, live beyond their means, considered others less than, were very conceded and arrogant, etc. I'm sorry good folks are getting weeded out but the others I have absolutely no mercy for. SF has got to clean up their act to be a leader. There are too many front line managers that are way overpriced and very poor on ethics. Look around you. Increase your situational awareness. The younger folks deserve that atmosphere. They sure don't deserve the leadership that carries the baggage of today. That also includes the older line workers who have run up a phenomenal amount of debt and has abused the system.
Record auto production, record capital position, strong growth in all lines, lower expenses, high customer satisfaction feedback-not exactly a “sinking ship” scenario......
I just hope when they lay us all off they don’t treat us as poorly as they did Indy. Idk how some of those poor CS’s managed to tough it out to the end. They were clearly trying to abuse them into quitting early to cheat them out of money.
I think for those mobile to a hub you neednt worry. That isnt new so why acting like it surprise?
They can hire someone to do your job for less LOSMUDOS get it? You didn't care when it was someone else. Now it's your turn.
Get over it cupcake! Many before your little LOC have gone through the same thing. What makes you think you're special. Get ready to move or take severance.
