I really hate these sudden large scale leadership meetings with such little notice. Went through too many of them last year and the news is never good.

Apparently the entire FNOL process headed offshore in the next 90 days, significant redeployment of existing workforce along with, yup, layoffs. Source is middle level manager in claims doing manpower needs analysis for HO.
What department? I am in claims and did not receive any email

Was just coming here to post about this. Those of us on PTO requested to attend as well. You just got to love these on the Friday before a holiday weekend. SMH.
