Are you one of those people too? I’ve been working here for a long time and I personally don’t remember it ever happening before that at one point so many people were thinking about quitting. A colleague and I gave notices last week because we could no longer keep up with pace and amount of work.

Me! And it feels so good!
Already did. Started first day at a new company today. Wasn’t going to wait to get the kn--e in my back that I am sure was coming next. Not to mention anyone left after August is going to be expected to attempt to keep everything going under even more extreme pressure.
Yes i am looking too ..nobody is safe here and even management has no idea and direction.

I am definitely starting to float my resume around and see what other opportunities are out there. I hate to do it because there is so much talent on my team, and I envisioned a retirement from Ascension, but apparently that's just not going to happen.
