They are afraid they might have to do something. But all real they still won't and the members and other associates will have to do it all. Managers quit staying behind closed doors and actually help out your team!
I hope you didn't go in.
Omg, can't you handle anything in life without complaining or calling to tattle on someone. How about you just don't answer the phone.
It sure didnt start in your elementary school when you should have learned how to construct a proper sentence
you should have taken your lazy @$$ to work
Maybe if you have points and like this weekend was double points they were worried about you losing your job. People sometimes do care about other people
back in the day if you called out with a you missed the bus, or car broke down excuse. a manager would show up at your house or apt. honking the ho-n yelling get in.
It is technically considered working off the clock if you're contacted for work related issues when you aren't "on the clock "
The option to call off is for the purpose of... you guessed it... calling off.
Them calling and texting you after you've called off is akin to harassment.
Block there number from your phone. I am sure didn't give them your number for that.
Depends on if they are calling you in for your shift? Or are they calling you in for retaliation which they can't do. Good luck either way, I've turned management in before to ethics but they don't do anything. Just make sure you can document issues if you can just to have them if you ever need.
In what way is it unethical lol... People are so over the top to cry ethics ethic ethics.... There is nothing unethical about asking someone to work their shift... To let them know that you really need them.... It only becomes unethical if they start threatening them to get them to come in.
They can't do that, you could call ethics for that
