Thread regarding T-Mobile layoffs

From round to round

I’ve survived a few rounds of cuts here, but I really don’t have the will anymore to continue trying to keep this job. Trying to keep a job certainly makes no sense, and I only work the bare minimum. It won't mean anything to me if I survive this round of layoffs, because the next one is also around the corner. In such conditions it becomes impossible to work. If only there was some improvement after the layoffs, for the company to finally get on the rails, but no.
Have you lost all hope for this company as well?

This makes me laugh. The T-Mob kool-aid drinkers are scared of the toxic Sprinters who are now in charge. The leadership teams of both companies sold you out.

If brains were dynamite, Sprinters wouldn't have enough to blow their noses.

If brains were gasoline, legacy Sprinters couldn't ride a moped around a fruit loop.

Layoffs are always around the corner in telecom. This not the typical telecom layoff. This mass culling is the result of merger lies, disinformation, and JôhńL’s 100 + million separation package.

I'm sort of in the same boat. I have lost all motivation. For some reason they decided to put a bunch of Sprint people in charge of various entities that had T-Mobile leadership. I'm not sure why they did that, as I'm not seeing a great deal of performance or capabilities from any of them.
