Someone mentioned in an earlier thread that the big problem is that the company does not make any replacements after someone leaves voluntarily.
Here's the thing - if I left tomorrow, without exaggeration, they would have to find at least 3 people to do my job. Who else would agree to do all this work?
When they saw that I was able to do everything, they tried to give me even more work. What a lack of respect! And then I finally said thank you and goodbye.
Just leave already!
T-Mobile is broken. I blame the management. The company is fundamentally racist and discriminatory. The network sucks. The promos suck. The internal systems are broken. Anyone that disagrees is part of the problem. Everyone else knows what's up!
The company stopped caring a long time ago and it's obvious. The company has stopped caring for employees and what was once a great place to work is now awful. DMs, TMs, ZMs, and DDMs are worked day and night and expected to have their phones on them 24/7 unless you are on PTO. And that is from the Market directors mouth. Once the lawsuit comes through and T-Mobile loses their @$$ in money, hopefully they'll wake up. Until then, keep checking the boxes
Looks like with all the money they are going to save by shedding salaries, mike sievert can afford another helicopter. I’m so happy for him. The one he has right now is kinda small. What’s even better, freier can continue to talk about mental health. I’m so glad he cares about people. That is a great quality to have. He solves all the people’s mental health issues by laying them off. There are so many better places to work where you don’t have to wonder is today the day. The only thing I think they did wrong by letting directors go today, they should have had the little people layoffs done by the directors today then let the directors go Friday. Oh well, they can’t think of everything. They have a lot on their plates now. They have to do more now that there are less people. I feel bad for them. They'd split what you do within the existing staff. And then ask "why did we have that person here in the first place.
