Thread regarding Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield Connecticut layoffs

2 years short of retirement, 23 years of service and they toss you off like you're nothing. They toss you aside like you're nothing. Your hard work and dedication to them means nothing. I thought I knew better but I bought into it cause when you are busy working and making progress and a paycheck you tend to not pay attention to what else is happening. I think of all of the personal things I missed out on because of work and that is what gets me so pi---d. Don't do it, don't give them anything, they only want to drain you and leave you for dead when they are done with you.
