No loyalty whatsoever for high performing/long tenured employees. I've been with the company for almost 16 years and have never been more discouraged with CVS than I am now. Recently became a DPC. The DL and I chose to work with each other for many reasons, but a big one was the close proximity of the districts stores to my home. My DL found out yesterday that 1/2 of her stores in her new district will now be over 100 miles away from my me. CVS had to know in February when we all made the decisions of who we would work best with, that they were going to shake things up the districts. My DL and I have built some great routines to make this district an extremely high performing and now all that has gone to he-l with the realignment. This is beyond crazy!

I just sent my resignation email in this morning.
After 28 years of true dedication and loyalty and feeling the least appreciated for the past year, I finally decided I am with more than that.
A lot of amazing people are losing because of this but you know what we can win too. Some of us just need the nudge to seek something better for us. Good luck everyone and do what makes sense for you.
I feel you. Many of us Target schedulers got to watch dpc get hired all around us a few months ago just to see us and our DL’s be told work in a store or get laid off.
I was a scheduler for many years and chose not to pursue the DPC position. The job was already stressful enough without the added responsibilities and no raise. I've heard from several of my former colleagues this week regarding the realignment and it doesn't seem to be good for anyone. I really do feel for you all. So glad I left when I did. My physical and mental health are so much better now.
Your DL had no idea . Trust me . The RDs only found out in April.
