For those that don't know, last year AT&T tested a new pilot program called the Virtual Sales Experience. It showed great possibilities at first, but will undoubtedly be ruined by poor management, as many sides of the company are. It advertised itself as being better than retail, and it was at first. As with anything good, it has come time for the management teams to squeeze every ounce of good out of this channel to maximize profits. Even though this channel became an official channel only in March of this year, it already has and is actively violating several policies out of the union agreements. What's the earliest amount of time a walk out has occurred in a channel? Maybe we'll set a new AT&T record for the quickest one. Thank you management, you are the reason why I do my personal business on company time.

Everything T does ends in failure. Hard to believe this company still exists.
Stop lying. You do your personal business on company time and it has nothing to do with anyone. Your just doing your daily complaining.
Yet the Virtue Signal channel is thriving. No chance of that one being taken away.
