on November 1, look for Workday title changes. Find your most useless IT person, and watch him/her go from senior [something agile] to principal [something agile]. Because basically our entire functional PDC is full of non-technical PDRs, they only know how to promote your typical IT team leads. Oh, and your subchapter heads who are not technical at all? Watch them all get promoted. We're on our way to building a powerhouse of technical talent with all these managers who don't know how to write code to output HELLO WORLD.
