Stock buyback until all stock holders are bought out then lay off everyone and sell assets.

I like it! Buying back all the stock is a fantastic goal! I think they retain certain rights with the stock the buy back making it more difficult for a forced takeover. I say go for it!
Our company strategy is simple: executive value maximization management. Secondarily, leadership forum value enhancement. Everything else falls to the bottom. If you’re in the “in” group you’re Golden. If you are an employee or stockholder you are $crewed.
better than plowing money into unprofitable projects. COP performs better when they do less and don't stretch things trying to drill drill drill
