The lack of communication and, honestly, lack of vision for Nike Tech is disturbing. Any news about when or if more layoffs and restructure of Nike Tech?

If there is a big layoff in Sept we are getting close to 60 day warn notice time?? Unless Nike finds a loop ho-e like normal....

I've heard August/September/October. May or may not include CIS but no details on how they would restructure. If it's like 2017 no one will find out until the day of.
Though someone in CIS told me they're not getting any raises this year to keep a low profile during re-org, so there's that. (Though given the earnings call and PSP that doesn't make much sense.)

You'll either get laid off in some future round of "re-orgs" or you'll be there long enough to have your skills languish and you'll have a tough time finding a new job when you just sat around doing nothing for x number of years. Find something else now while you have time and it's on your own terms.
Public documentation says: August and September "Tell employees" Whatever that means.
Let's hope leadership in IE gets told that they can pack up and get off the payroll.
